In their normal voice, with no wake word. They don’t need to hold the phone.

Your parent’s phone understands speech on its own and checks that it’s your parent’s voice and an urgent word.

You get what was said, when, and a call button – right on your phone.

Voice stays on the phone
Everyday sounds and conversations are processed on your parent’s phone and thrown away. Only the alert text and a short audio clip from the urgent moment are sent (you can turn clips off).
No wake word
Nobody has to say “Hey …” first. In an emergency, people don’t remember wake words.
Only your parent’s voice
After a short voice setup, kinguard ignores “help!” from a TV show or a visitor’s voice.
Your family picks the words
Start with the default urgent words, add phrases your parent actually uses, and change how urgent each one is.

Everyday phrases like “this is killing me” shouldn’t scare you, so alerts come in four levels.

Install kinguard Guardian on your phone and kinguard Senior on your parent’s phone. Setup takes about 10 minutes, ideally together with your parent.

For your phone. Create a family, get a connection code, and link your parent’s phone. This is where alerts arrive and where you call from.

For your parent’s phone. Enter the connection code, and detection starts once your parent agrees on their own phone.
