Billing and canceling
How does the free trial work?
The first 7 days are free when you subscribe in kinguard Guardian. After the trial you’re charged automatically, and the plan renews every month (or year).
What if I add or remove a parent?
Adding a parent charges the prorated difference right away. Removing one takes effect at your next billing date.
How do I cancel?
Cancel in Google Play subscriptions during the trial or at least 24 hours before renewal. Uninstalling the app doesn’t cancel your subscription.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Detection on your parent’s phone stops, and both of you are told clearly. Settings are kept for 90 days, so they’re ready if you subscribe again.
Refunds?
Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy and any rights you have under local law (see the draft terms).
Organization pricing
Cities, senior centers, and care providers use kinguard under a separate agreement based on the number of people and retention needs.
